Yet even then, Dr. Ooi Yee Sen’s vision stayed firm: to build a clinic that was more than a place for treatment, but a home of innovation, excellence, and compassion. It opened humbly, with Dr Ooi as the only dentist and one dedicated assistant.
The early days were challenging, but filled with purpose. Every patient was welcomed with sincerity and treated with the same level of care and precision that would soon define the BestSmile experience.
What began as a small clinic in Penang has now grown into seven treatment rooms, blending advanced technology, gentle hands, and genuine warmth.
